Privacy policy

No account is needed. Photos and notes are stored in the app and are not uploaded by the app. Deleting the app also deletes your notes. There is no cloud sync or data transfer feature.
1. Operator and scope
DOTNULL Co.,Ltd handles information in this app and its overview and support website under this policy.
2. Storage and use of records
Photos, field values, notes, ratings where available, drafts, and creation and update times are stored on your device for display, search, editing and restoring unfinished input. Photos are copied into app storage. Photos and record contents are never included in ad requests.
3. Photo recognition
Google ML Kit recognizes text and barcodes on your device. Images and recognition results are processed locally. ML Kit may contact Google and send usage, performance and diagnostic information for updates, compatibility, maintenance, improvement and abuse prevention.
4. Camera and photo permissions
The camera and photo picker are used to take photos or import images you select. Required permissions depend on the OS and can be changed in device settings. Manual entry and viewing saved records remain available without permission.
5. Advertising and consent
Google Mobile Ads and UMP may process IP addresses (which may indicate approximate location), device identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions, performance and diagnostic data, and consent choices for ad delivery and measurement, diagnostics, fraud prevention and consent management. We request non-personalized ads, which still involve data processing. Consent screens appear where required; ad privacy options can be opened from About this app when needed. We do not request iOS tracking permission. Record features work regardless of ad consent or availability.
6. Retention, deletion and backups
Records remain until you delete them. You can delete records, photos and drafts in the app. Photos referenced by other records remain until no reference exists. Uninstalling or clearing device data may lose your records. There is no app-provided cloud sync, backup, export or device transfer. OS and device migration or restoration is not guaranteed. Standard Android backup is disabled. Deleting in the app does not delete existing OS backups or information processed by Google.
7. Website and external services
This website has no custom analytics or advertising. GitHub Pages hosts it and GitHub may process access information such as IP addresses. External websites are governed by their providers’ policies.
8. Inquiries and information management
Names, email addresses, messages and optional attachments provided in inquiries are used to reply, investigate and keep support records. Unneeded information is deleted except where ongoing support or legal retention requires it. Access is limited to those who need it. We do not disclose it without consent except to necessary email or storage providers or as permitted by law. Contact us to request information about purposes, access, correction, deletion or restriction; we verify identity and respond under applicable law. We cannot access or change records stored only on your device. Google and GitHub processing follows their own policies.
9. Changes and contact
We update the policy and its date when it changes, and announce significant changes in the app or on this website.
