Tap Add item and enter a name. Tap Done today on the day you finish. No fictional completion records are included on first launch.

Tap Undo in the saved message. If it has disappeared, tap the item name and delete the date from History.

Tap the item name, then Add past date. Tap a date in History to edit it. Future dates and duplicate dates for the same item are rejected. Each item can have one record per day.

Elapsed days are the calendar-day difference between today and your latest record. The average uses intervals between completed dates only, excluding the unfinished interval up to today. With zero or one record it shows —. September 1, 6 and 16 give 7.5 days. This is not a recommended schedule.

Archive hides an item from Home; restore it in Settings. Permanent deletion removes the item and its history irreversibly. Erase all data includes archived items.

No proprietary sync, export or restore feature is provided. OS backups and device transfer may include the data, but recovery is not guaranteed. Uninstalling may remove your records.

The app follows your device language, light/dark theme and text size. It supports Japanese, English, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Spanish, French, German, Italian and Brazilian Portuguese. Other languages fall back to English. Your item names are never translated.

Ads depend on connection, consent and availability. Recording works offline. If a saved record is later than today, check your device date. History is never changed automatically.
