Set an amount, period and currency, then enter what you spent on Home and tap Record expense. Date and note are optional. The default date is today. Use History to add past entries or refunds, or tap an entry to edit or delete it. Separate expenses on the same day are kept separately.

The remaining amount is based only on entries you record. It is not your bank balance or a guarantee that you can spend it. Refunds restore your budget; they are not income tracking. Periods do not renew or carry over automatically.

Use Create next budget to start a new period. Previous budgets and entries remain in History. There is no automatic renewal or carryover. Edit the current budget in Settings. Dates cannot exclude existing entries, and currency cannot change after the first entry.

Enter a positive amount up to 10¹² minor units. Use the local decimal separator, no grouping, and the currency’s decimal places.

Records stay until you delete them. You can edit or delete individual entries in History. OS backups or device transfers may include app data, but restoration is not guaranteed. Uninstalling the app may remove local data. There is no account-based recovery. Deleting an entry does not delete information already processed by Google; Google’s retention policies apply.

Google AdMob provides one banner on Home. Its SDK may collect and share IP addresses (including approximate location inferred from them), identifiers, ad and app interactions, crash and performance data for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Processing depends on region, consent, OS and SDK settings. We request non-personalized ads and do not request iOS tracking permission; this does not mean zero collection. Consent is refreshed at launch, and privacy choices appear in Settings when required. Recording works without an ad.
