Local notes
Text, timestamps, display preferences, deletion state and language are saved on your device. We do not send note text to our servers or advertising SDKs and do not use an analytics SDK.
Widgets
Display data is shared locally with the widget to show your selected notes. Anyone who can see your device may see notes on its Home Screen.
Ads and choices
When production ads are enabled, Google AdMob may process IP addresses, device or other identifiers, ad and app interactions, crash and performance data. Note text is never included. We request non-personalized ads; this does not mean no data collection. UMP collects required consent and Settings provides privacy choices where required. We do not request iOS tracking permission. People looking at your screen may read widget notes. Do not select passwords or other private information. Visibility while locked also follows your device’s privacy settings. This may include approximate location inferred from the IP address, device or other identifiers, app interactions, advertising data, crash data, performance data and other diagnostics. These may be used for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and SDK functions such as consent management.
Deletion and backups
Notes can be restored for 30 days after deletion. Expired data is removed on the next app start or resume; permanent deletion removes it immediately. Uninstalling may erase data. OS backups or device transfers may include data, but restoration is not guaranteed. OS backups follow the OS provider’s settings.
