Don't Forget Notes provides local note creation, storage and Home Screen display. It is not a notification or alarm service that guarantees you will remember an event or item.
Your notes
You retain rights to your content. Do not infringe third-party rights, tamper with the app or interfere with its operation.
Storage and display
OS updates, device conditions and backup settings may affect updates and restoration. Keep important content in another safe place. Avoid displaying confidential information on your Home Screen.
Advertising
Basic features are free and the notes list may display a banner. Third parties operate advertising destinations. You decide whether to use them.
Changes and liability
We may fix features or change how the service is provided. Liability is governed by applicable law; mandatory consumer rights are not limited. Liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence is not excluded.
