Check notification permission, monitoring status and Focus settings. iPhone also requires Screen Time access. If registration is lost after an OS update, open the app to check its status.
Do I have to start it every time?
It is designed to keep monitoring without repeated starts. Permission changes, force-stopping or OS updates can require setup again. Day changes and long-term operation are still being tested.
Why does the time look different?
iPhone uses estimates based on Screen Time. Activity outside its coverage or delays in OS records may not be reflected accurately.
What should I include in an email?
Tell us your device, OS and app version, and what happened. Do not send passcodes, personal usage history or messages.
